We are very pleased to be able to offer a programme of workshops for the summer of 2021. Because of the Covid pandemic this year, we will initially ask people for expressions of interest in their chosen course via email. As the situation regarding travel and vaccines becomes clearer we will be able to start firming up the bookings at which point we will ask you to fill out the booking form, a link to which appears below. Places will be given on a first come first served basis and according to the accomodation available.

You will be contacted 8 weeks before your course start date for payment of the balance owed.

Arts in Provence reserves the right, should the situation arise, to cancel or alter any workshop and to offer alternative dates or refunds. We cannot accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements affected by matters over which we have no control. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. The following scale of refunds (for the full fee) applies:
Up to 4 weeks before departure 30% refund.
Up to 1 week before departure 10% refund.
Insurance
You must have travel insurance covering you for accidents, medical expenses and cancellations etc. Please do not travel without adequate insurance.
